From across the classroom Andrew Miller may seem to be your average college student but there is much more to him than your eyes perceive. Andrew, a full-time student studying Biological Sciences, is anything but ordinary. In fact, he is a very nurturing individual with a love for animals and his family. When Andrew was asked what he likes to do in his free time he mentioned that he enjoys going to the local animal shelters to spend time with the animals. Most people would overlook such a casual comment, but I decided to dive deeper. Not only does he own five dogs and five cats, but he is also taking care of two baby kittens now.
